Step 1: Let the Windows find out the error state of the Epson printer itself first. In the Windows ‘Search Bar’, look for the ‘Printers’ option and select the option ‘Devices and Printers’. A new window will appear on the screen showing the information of all the devices connected to the system.
Step 2: You can see all the devices connected to your system in the window of ‘Devices and Printers’. Search for your Epson printer that is having issues in the Printer section. To run the automatic troubleshoot of Windows, right-click on the ‘Printer’ option. From the drop-down menu choose the option ‘Troubleshoot’. (At times, the troubleshoot of Windows don’t work)
Step 3: When you’re done with the original troubleshoot of Windows and still your problem is not solved then it’s the time to do things yourself. Look out for your Epson printer on the system, is it being detected or not by your system. If the Epson printer is not detected by the system then tap on the ‘Start menu’ and choose the option ‘Settings’. When you click on the option ‘Settings’, a new window will appear on the screen with the devices section. You can find ‘Printers and Scanners’ option on that window. If your Epson printer is not visible on that list then you can add your Epson printer in the list by clicking on ‘Add’ option and your system will automatically detect the Epson printer. Before adding the Epson printer, ensure that your Epson printer is Turned ON and is connected with the system.
Step 4: Once the Windows detect the Epson printer, it will request you to proceed with the installation process. After the successful completion of the installation, the Epson printer error state will be fixed automatically.
